UK DELIVERIES
Our standard delivery charge is £20 for orders. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and we use a next day delivery service. However, please allow up to a week for your order to be received.
If an item is not in stock then we will advice you within 24 working hours by email.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
Please contact us for prices for delivery outside the United Kingdom. We are able to ship worldwide.
RETURNS
Due to the high quality of our products, we are extremely confident that you will be delighted with any purchase you make. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied then you will need to read the following information carefully in order to understand our returns procedure.
If there is a fault, error or defect with your product you must contact us on 015242 73333 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
If:
- The product delivered is not what you ordered or does not correspond with its description.
- The product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality.
- The product arrives damaged or faulty, and you have notified us within 48 hours, we will replace the item or affected parts.
If products arive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carriers delivery consignment note where possible, and inform us within 48 hours.
If the product becomes defective soon after the 48 hour period, Smartwood will at its discretion repair the product, replace the product or refund you.
We will not accept returns or cancellations if the products have been altered in any way eg by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the returned products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
